Delivery
TAWC delivers both
Australia-wide and internationally. You can have your purchase sent
to you, or purchase a gift for a friend and have it sent straight to
them.
Our shipping rates are very simple! Flat rate
shipping is available to all areas of Australia. Delivery for orders
is $9.95, regardless of the weight or destination. Our standard delivery method is via
Express Post, Courier or Registered mail. We require a street address for delivery. We prefer to have a street delivery - this gives us the best chance to get your delivery to you in a timely manner. If you wish to have your delivery sent to a PO Box, we can do this however, if delivering to the PO Box provided is not the most cost-effective means by which to deliver the parcel, you may incur further charges.
Flat rate $9.95 shipping applies only
to orders for delivery to Australian addresses, sent by our
nominated carrier. We will endeavour to accommodate specific
delivery requests however there may be additional delivery charges
applied.
Shipping rates for international orders are
calculated at checkout based on the weight of the products you are
ordering, and the delivery destination. To calculate the expected
shipping rate, place the items required into the shopping cart and
proceed to the shipping page of checkout, where the delivery costs
will be displayed.
While we believe that we have partnered with
excellent delivery partners and suppliers, despite our best efforts
there may be times when parcels or products are delayed in the
delivery process. We will always endeavour to work closely with our
partners to ensure prompt delivery of your order.
All items purchased from TAWC are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that
the risk of loss/damage for all purchases pass to you upon our
delivery to Australia Post. Having said that, all our deliveries are
traceable. Should your item be lost in transit or damaged we will do
our best to ensure you have all the information necessary to make
claim against the carrier. TAWC is not
responsible for any loss, damage or injury arising from delivery.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING COURIER
DELIVERIES: When receiving your order via courier check
for damage PRIOR to signing for delivery. Please be aware that once
you sign for a delivery you have accepted that your order has no
damage. Please be sure your item is without damage before signing.
Packing, handling and delivery fees are NOT
refundable under any circumstances.
Delivery Times
TAWC suggests that
orders are placed as early as possible to avoid stress and
disappointment. Most orders are despatched within 5 working days however PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 14
DAYS FOR DELIVERY. Some items require longer
lead times and these are indicated in the product description.
Personalised items have a lead time of 4 – 6 weeks and should be
ordered as early as possible to avoid disappointment!
If you’re in urgent need of an item please let us know and we will do our very best to get the order out to you in the quickest timeframe possible.
If for any reason we have a shortage of stock and
cannot despatch the order within the timeframe, we will contact you
to let you know. You will then be given the option of waiting, or
having some of the order shipped now and the rest later. During peak
times it may not always be possible to despatch orders within 14
days, if your order is required by a certain date please enter this
in the comments section so that we can endeavour to deliver your
order in time.
Return and Exchange
Policy
TAWC understands that
shopping over the internet is different from being able to pick up
and hold items the way you do in a conventional store. That is why
we promise to provide the best products possible. All of our items
are checked thoroughly for damage prior to dispatch. If you
find that your item has been damaged in transit you should contact
the courier company to discuss a resolution.
If you have purchased the wrong size or colour,
or you are not entirely happy with your purchase, TAWC will offer an
exchange or credit note to the value of the items purchased, under
the following conditions:

All products must be returned within seven days
of receipt.

The product(s) must be as new (unused and
undamaged) and with their original packaging intact.

No returns or exchanges on personalised items
-
No returns or exchanges on bulk orders of 40
items or more
To organise an exchange or credit note, email
enquiries@australianweddingcompany.com.au with the following
details: Your Name, Order Number, Product Name/Code, Reason for
exchange.
Apart from returns for damaged products, all
products must be returned to TAWC in a
saleable condition. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure
that all returns are packaged so as to prevent damage in transit.
All returned products will be assessed to verify the nature of the
return. Please enclose a copy of your receipt and the return form.
ORDERS RETURNED WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED!
When a product is returned to us, TAWC offer an exchange for goods to the same value or a
store credit to the value of the items purchased. Delivery costs
(including packaging and handling fees) are NOT refundable under any
circumstances.
Our exchange policy does not apply if the
product(s) have been used, worn, soiled or damaged. We reserve the
right to refuse a return on any product that does not meet these
requirements. It is suggested that you insure your return package as
TAWC cannot be held responsible for any
product lost or damaged in the post.

SUBSEQUENT DELIVERY FEES WILL BE APPLIED TO
EXCHANGES AND ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER. This is not
negotiable – our flat rate shipping fee is $9.95.
- NO RETURNS, CANCELLATION OR EXCHANGES WILL BE
ACCEPTED ON BOMBONIERE OR OTHER BULK ORDERS OF 40 PIECES OR MORE. We offer a free
sample service, please feel free to ask for a sample before placing
your order as cancellations and returns will not be accepted after
large stock quantities have been ordered.

PERSONALISED ITEMS UNLESS THE ITEM IS FAULTY.

Cancellations
TAWC keeps its prices
low by holding a minimum of stock on hand. In most instances we may
need to place an order with our suppliers to fill your order. If you
decide for any reason to cancel your order prior to us despatching
your order, we will issue a store credit to the value of the order.
We regret that deposits are not refundable.

Refunds will only be issued under the following
