deciding between roses, tulips, orchids and gerberas (honestly ladies,
step AWAY from the Gerbera!) and, of course, selecting who to invite.

TAWC was originally founded at the start of the new millennium by our
now General Manager and super-mum Catherine Bolt. The business was
started with nothing more than some fabric scraps, and in the early
days Catherine made every single item we sold by hand. Today, The
Australian Wedding Company is the largest retailer of wedding related
merchandise in Australia, with five thousand different products in its
range!
Catherine, who has spent 15 years as a music journalist and magazine
editor, has also worked as a prison officer and nightclub bouncer! And
along with our Manager of Legal and Finance Rick Bolt, they have a
whopping NINE children! Catherine is a customer service Nazi, pedantic
about perfection, and passionate about products. She continues to
source the very best of special events merchandise from around the
world to allow you – our customer – to select from the finest range
available.
